Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Noida. The HR Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing suitable candidates, and conducting interviews. Responsibilities include managing job postings, screening resumes, communicating with candidates, and assisting with onboarding processes. The role may also involve collaborating with team members to develop strategic talent acquisition plans and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and team members
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and strategic talent acquisition
- Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior recruitment experience within consulting services or the placement domain is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
