4. Maintain candidate database and follow-up records
5. Post job openings on various hiring platforms
6. Coordinate with the HR team for hiring processes
Requirements:
1. Good communication skills in Hindi and English
2. Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience required
3. Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring process
4. Confident and positive attitude
5. Basic computer knowledge required
