Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates for various roles within the organization. Key responsibilities include collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs, crafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment processes, and maintaining candidate databases. The recruiter will also drive employer branding efforts and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, candidate screening, and recruitment strategies
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively work with hiring managers and candidates
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools effectively
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven hiring decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, especially within the higher education or corporate sectors, is an advantage.
