Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Manage hiring through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Understanding of recruitment processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year preferred
