Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to understand the latest candidate requirements.
- Develop a well-structured recruitment strategy.
- Write and post job descriptions on recruitment websites and company portals.
- Source qualified candidates from social media, internal databases, and different job portals.
- Developing one's own network of suitable candidates by networking with various institutions and social media.
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Analyse a candidate's capabilities via pre-screening assessments and calls.
- Conduct interviews using a variety of methods, like video, in-person, or telephone.
- Keep track of applicants at every stage and follow up.
- Assist with providing a positive onboarding experience.
