Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Pune City. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing job descriptions, posting openings on various platforms, and managing applicant tracking systems. The recruiter will also assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization, and support talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
- Experience in crafting job descriptions and managing job postings across multiple platforms
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to identify key role requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a recruitment role or HR capacity is a major advantage
