Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter, located in Bengaluru. The HR Recruiter will manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. The responsibilities include collaborating with department managers to identify hiring needs, building talent pipelines, coordinating onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate hiring reports. The recruiter will ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations while promoting a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in End-to-End Recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop recruiting strategies tailored to organizational needs
- Understanding of employment laws and recruitment compliance standards
- Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with strong organizational skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in recruitment within the security or services industries is a plus
