Remuneration: Up to ₹20,000 per month (based on interview assessment)

Role Overview :The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates, and maintaining professional recruitment standards aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and internal references
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
- Assist with general HR administrative functions as required
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR processes Qualifications & Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and team-oriented approach
