Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Hubli-Dharwad. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. The HR Recruiter will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, support workforce planning, and assist in employer branding initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include onboarding support, maintaining recruitment reports, and contributing to HR process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Experience with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., job portals, professional networks, ATS or similar systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple open positions and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of HR practices, employment regulations, and standard recruitment processes.
- Ability to work on-site in Hubli-Dharwad and collaborate in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience recruiting for technology or financial services roles is preferred but not mandatory.
