About the Company:
Pioneer Consultants is a growing recruitment and staffing firm specializing in talent acquisition and workforce solutions across multiple industries. We are looking for energetic and professional recruiters who are passionate about hiring and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various job requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews
- Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for hiring updates
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation / Undergraduate both can apply
- Freshers & Experienced candidates both are welcome
- Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Good understanding of recruitment and hiring process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- TA / Recruitment experience will be preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in BPO or bulk hiring will be an advantage
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
