Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources (HR) Recruiter role based in Noida. The role involves managing the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to identify suitable talent for various roles. The HR Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Additionally, responsibilities include preparing job descriptions, posting job openings on various platforms, and building relationships with potential talent. The HR Recruiter will also contribute to employer branding, onboarding processes, and fostering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills, including the ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively
  • Human Resources knowledge, particularly in onboarding processes and managing job postings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and candidates
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and platforms
  • Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and strategies to position the company as an employer of choice
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in HR or recruitment (experience in the service or pest control industry is a plus)
