Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to fulfill company talent needs. This includes collaborating with hiring managers, managing job postings, conducting interviews, and maintaining a talent pipeline. The HR Recruiter will also play a role in analyzing recruitment metrics to improve processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, and Candidate Screening
- Experience in Interviewing, Candidate Evaluation, and Relationship Building
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and managing recruitment databases
- Understanding of Recruitment Metrics and Process Improvement
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and attention to detail
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment within a corporate setting is a plus
