Role Description
The HR Recruiter at Osmium Energy is a full-time, on-site role based in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. They will build strong relationships with hiring managers, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The HR Recruiter will also manage job postings, coordinate recruitment events, and track recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Talent Sourcing, Candidate Screening, and Interviewing
- Expertise in Recruitment Strategies, Employer Branding, and Candidate Engagement
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
