Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Bilaspur. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating recruitment activities, and collaborating with department heads to ensure staffing needs are met. Additionally, the role may include developing recruitment strategies to enhance the overall hiring process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing, shortlisting, and screening candidates for diverse roles
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, conduct interviews, and engage candidates professionally
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes and ensure timely placement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur and coordinate effectively within a team or independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
