🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews with the team
• Helping improve hiring processes
• Ensuring a smooth candidate experience
🔹 What we’re looking for:
• Prior experience in recruitment/HR (preferably freelance or startup exposure)
• Strong communication and judgment skills
• Ability to understand role requirements and company culture
• Proactive and ownership-driven approach
