Job Role
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will manage the complete hiring lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding—while working closely with leadership to fulfill talent needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements with department heads
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback
- Manage offer rollouts and pre-joining formalities
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
- Preference for candidates with knowledge of additional HR functions
