Roles & Responsibilities:
✔ Source & screen candidates (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
✔ Handle interview coordination & offer rollout
✔ Work closely with hiring managers
✔ Ensure strong candidate follow-ups & joining closure
✔ Achieve hiring targets & must complete a talktime of 150 minutes daily
What we are looking for:
✔ Experience in Non-IT / Bulk Hiring
✔ Strong communication (Hindi + English)
✔ Target-driven mindset
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification : MBA (Fresher) & Experienced (Any Degree)
Salary : Upto 5 LPA + Uncapped Incentives
Location : Bengaluru
