Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Recruiter based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The HR Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions. Key responsibilities include managing job postings, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, and maintaining candidate databases. The HR Recruiter will also engage in employer branding, overseeing onboarding activities, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of employer branding initiatives and onboarding practices
- Analytical and organizational skills for managing multiple job openings and candidates
- Familiarity with employment laws, hiring practices, and standards relevant to the role
- Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the IT services or consulting industry is a plus
