Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Recruiter based in Rajkot, with a combination of on-site and work-from-home days. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process. Responsibilities also include developing job descriptions, maintaining relationships with hiring managers, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The HR Recruiter is expected to contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and assist in employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Candidate Sourcing of Manufacturing unit
- Strong Interviewing, Screening, and Evaluation skills
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment-related software
- Understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for candidate engagement and collaboration
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Teamwork, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
