About the Opportunity A fast-growing talent acquisition team servicing a diversified business group focused on technology services and business operations across India. We are hiring an on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle hiring for mid-to-senior level roles and campus hiring initiatives across multiple functions. Location: India ? On-site role. Role & Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment from job intake to offer closure for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring time-to-fill and quality-of-hire targets are met. Source active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), Boolean search and employee referrals to build robust candidate pipelines. Screen and assess candidates through structured interviews, competency-based and behavioral interviewing techniques; coordinate hiring manager debriefs and feedback loops. Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows, update candidate records, and produce recruitment metrics and dashboards for stakeholders. Drive campus hiring initiatives and coordinate assessment centres, internships, and onboarding activities in partnership with campus teams. Facilitate offer negotiations, reference checks and ensure timely, compliant onboarding while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
