Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full
recruitment cyclefrom sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews
and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of
talent acquisition strategies and a passion for identifying top talent to support our
organizations growth.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and implementing
effective recruiting strategies.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, including initial telephonic / competency
based assessments and eligibility verification to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications; perform job and task
analysis to define role requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings across various platforms,
including job boards, newspapers, and colleges
- Source candidates through databases, social media, and other channels; screen
resumes and applications efficiently
- Conduct interviews using reliable selection methods and tools to ensure timely
and effective hiring.
- Apply HR recruiting best practices and generate recruitment reports for team
managers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduated
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing
agency recruiter)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone
interviewing, reference check etc.)
