Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as onboarding new hires. The role will include crafting recruitment strategies, collaborating with team leads to identify staffing needs, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring compliance with policies. The HR Recruiter will also contribute to employer branding, foster candidate engagement, and analyze hiring data to improve processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Write and post job descriptions on various platforms.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview logistics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain metrics and reports related to recruiting activity and performance.
- Manage Leave and Attendance tracking of employees.
- Assist in Onboarding and Induction process.
- Other HR duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Organising, strong communication skills, people centric and strong compliance knowledge.
Educational Qualification: Bachelors with 3 -6 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through diverse channels
Experience in crafting recruitment strategies and coordinating hiring processes
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
Experience in the non-profit or cultural sector is a plus
