Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kolkata for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and attracting candidates using various channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. The role also includes building strong relationships with hiring managers, maintaining a database of potential candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing and recruitment techniques, including candidate screening and interviewing
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Understanding of workplace policies and HR practices
• Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in recruitment or a related HR role is advantageous
