Role
As an HR Recruiter at the Bellary franchise, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for clients across IT, non-IT.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates via Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and local networks
- Screen, interview, and shortlist as per client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates
- Maintain candidate and client data in our CRM
- Support the franchise owner in client acquisition and business growth
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (freshers with strong communication can apply)
- Fluent in Kannada and English (Hindi is a plus)
- Target-driven, organized, and comfortable with job portals and Excel
- Local knowledge of bellary preferred
