Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on HR Recruiter who can drive candidate joinings at scale for EarlyJobs. The role focuses on end-to-end hiring execution, strong follow-ups, and ensuring candidates convert from selection to joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Drive candidate joinings through structured follow-ups
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews, walk-ins, and assessments
- Share selection, rejection, and joining updates professionally
- Ensure complete candidate onboarding and document collection
- Maintain accurate hiring data in CRM / Google Sheets
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English and local language
- High ownership mindset with follow-up discipline
- Basic understanding of recruitment workflows
- Comfortable working in an offline, fast-paced hiring environment
- Freshers or early HR aspirants welcome
