Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various positions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, maintaining and updating candidate records, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive hiring experience.
Maintain recruitment reports and databases accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
