Job Title: HR Recruiter

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Recruiter with 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and exposure to hiring across IT, Data Analytics, and Insurance/Operations roles. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Follow up with candidates and stakeholders for timely closures
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring data
- Understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
Key Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in recruitment / Talent acquisition
- Exposure to hiring for IT, Data Analytics, and Operations/Insurance roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Strong interest in hiring and talent identification
Good to have:
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic understanding of technical roles and skill sets
