Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing roles
- Source candidates through platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and share regular hiring reports
2. Candidate Coordination & Experience:
- Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
3. Recruitment Operations:
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and documentation
- Assist in onboarding coordination for selected candidates
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
4. Market Research & Employer Branding:
- Stay updated on hiring trends in digital marketing (PPC, SEO, Social Media roles)
- Support employer branding initiatives through job postings and outreach
Requirements:
- Experience: 4-6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn
- Knowledge: Familiarity with hiring for digital marketing roles (PPC, SEO, Social Media)
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
