Position: HR Executive – Recruitment
Industry: Construction & Healthcare
Location: Baner, Pune (Only Pune-based candidates will be considered)

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment for construction and hospital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Construction & Healthcare roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Screen profiles and coordinate interviews
- Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
- Support HR operations, documentation, and compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in Recruitment / HR
- MBA / BBA (HR or relevant field)
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycle
