Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter based in Guwahati, Assam. The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization. They will collaborate with internal teams to identify hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and facilitate a positive candidate experience. This role also involves maintaining recruitment cycle documentation and utilizing innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Strong skills in Candidate Relationship Management and building a strong employer brand.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
