Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter based in Trivandrum. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end non- IT recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. In addition, the role involves coordinating onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR-related initiatives to ensure a smooth recruitment experience and alignment with company goals. Collaboration with team leads and stakeholders is key to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
- Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Familiarity with labor laws and human resource management principles is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prefers candidates with 1-2 years of experience
