Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting coordination across ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, and focused on delivering a seamless hiring experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist qualified candidates
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and hiring status
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, databases, and documentation
- Prepare and share regular recruitment reports
- Ensure all hiring records are updated and compliant with internal standards
Project Support
- Assist in basic project coordination and administrative activities
- Support internal teams in workforce planning and allocation
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes and workflows
Required Skills & Competencies- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintaining recruitment data
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional approach with problem-solving ability
