Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting coordination across ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, and focused on delivering a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial screening and shortlist qualified candidates

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and hiring status

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, databases, and documentation
  • Prepare and share regular recruitment reports
  • Ensure all hiring records are updated and compliant with internal standards

Project Support

  • Assist in basic project coordination and administrative activities
  • Support internal teams in workforce planning and allocation
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes and workflows
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and maintaining recruitment data
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional approach with problem-solving ability
