We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities
Requirements:
- 6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT roles and hiring process
- Familiarity with portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn
- Immediate joiners preferred
