Job Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Hire for factory roles, including migrant candidates
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Conduct screening and schedule interviews
- Support onboarding and recruitment documentation
Qualification
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in factory recruitment preferred
Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing
- Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
- Willingness to travel
