Hiring: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment, preferably from the Education sector. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and maintaining employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle manpower planning & end-to-end recruitment
- Source, screen & schedule candidates
- Conduct interviews & manage offer closures
- Employee onboarding & engagement
- Maintain employee records & HR processes
- Conduct exit interviews & feedback analysis
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good decision-making & time management abilities
- Experience in recruitment and stakeholder coordination
