Location: Remote (Preference: Bangalore-based candidates)

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the Indian market. The candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring processes, with the ability to manage multiple roles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline
- Assist in bench recruiting activities (preferred)
- Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and best practices
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Basic knowledge of HR functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in bench recruiting
- Familiarity with HRMS tools
- Experience in testing HRMS modules (leave management, timesheets, etc.)
- Strong coordination and negotiation skills
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
