# Job Description – HR Recruiter
**Location:** Kochi, Kerala
**Work Mode:** Hybrid
**Experience:** 1–2 Years
## About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **HR Recruiter** to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, and hands-on knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing platforms.
## Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to interview coordination and selection.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Contact candidates, explain job requirements, and assess their suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
## Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **Hindi and English**.
- Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Good candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment requirements.
