⚡ Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and execution-focused HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization. The role involves building strong talent pipelines through campus hiring, targeted sourcing strategies, and innovative recruitment channels, while actively leveraging AI-driven recruitment tools to enhance speed, accuracy, and hiring effectiveness in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You Will Do
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interview coordination and onboarding support.
- Plan and execute hiring strategies for non-IT and field support roles in line with business requirements.
- Execute campus hiring initiatives, job fairs, walk-in drives, and bulk hiring activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, field sourcing, and local hiring networks.
- Build and maintain a strong and ready candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Utilize AI-based recruitment tools for resume screening, AI screening calls, interview scheduling, and ATS management.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
- Schedule interviews, manage follow-ups, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring metrics on a regular basis.
- Support onboarding coordination and documentation for new joiners.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to reduce TAT and improve quality of hire.

What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (internship or full-time).
- MBA in HR or any relevant graduation.
- Hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in advanced AI-driven recruitment systems, including AI resume screening, automated screening calls, intelligent interview scheduling, and ATS workflows to drive fast, scalable, high-volume hiring.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a high-growth startup environment with speed, ownership, and adaptability.
- Comfortable handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously, including field and operational roles.

- Experience hiring for operations, field support, technicians, EV support or manufacturing roles.
- Exposure to campus recruitment, job fairs, and bulk hiring drives.
- Strong AI, Excel / Google Sheets skills for recruitment tracking and reporting.
- Interest in EV, mobility, or startup ecosystems.
