💼 Experience: 1–3 years

📅 Work Schedule: 6 Days Working

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
• Hire for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and EdTech roles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and closures

💡 Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Non-IT hiring (Sales/Marketing/Operations)
• Prior EdTech hiring experience preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
