Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Pune Division. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. Key duties include creating and posting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, and fostering effective relationships with internal teams and candidates. The role also involves implementing recruitment strategies and following up with prospects throughout the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship management skills to collaborate with teams and engage candidates effectively.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and employment practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, as well as attention to detail.
- Competence in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with labor laws and standard hiring practices in the region.
- Relevant education, such as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, is preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR roles will be an advantage.
