🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, in-person)
- Coordinate with hiring managers and manage end-to-end recruitment
- Draft job postings and engage passive candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Manage offer communication and candidate queries
🔹 Requirements
- 3–6 years of recruitment experience
- Minimum 2 years in manufacturing/engineering/automotive hiring
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing techniques
🎓 Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
