About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter with expertise in USA recruitment processes, tools, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US job market, hiring laws, and recruitment tools to source and hire top talent efficiently. This role requires a strong ability to source, screen, and place candidates in various industries while ensuring compliance with US employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the USA.
· Utilize various USA-based recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, Bullhorn, JobDiva, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
· Source and screen candidates using Boolean searches, job boards, networking, and referrals.
· Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure an efficient hiring process.
· Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates.
· Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and other US labor laws in the recruitment process.
· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
· Utilize data-driven recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
· Stay up to date with trends and changes in the US labor market and hiring practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Mandatory experience in US recruitment with knowledge of US hiring laws and employment regulations.
· Proficiency in USA-based recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, ZipRecruiter, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or other ATS.
· Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment with proven ability to hire high-quality candidates.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
· Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Knowledge of visa and work authorization processes (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.) is a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
