Role Description
The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within Argasia Education Pvt Ltd and support overall talent acquisition strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking; screening resumes; conducting initial interviews; coordinating with hiring managers; and scheduling and following up on interviews.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management.
- Candidates should have good communication skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in using digital tools and platforms for hiring, such as job portals, social media, applicant tracking systems, and productivity tools.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in start-ups or the education/EduTech sector, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
