Role Description
We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our team in a full-time, on-site role at our Pune City office. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Key tasks involve collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, developing job descriptions, and managing candidate pipelines. The Recruiter will also contribute to optimizing strategies for attracting top talent and fostering a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for diverse roles
- Strong skills in recruitment planning, job posting, and candidate engagement
- Experience in creating job descriptions and managing recruitment pipelines
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Understanding of employment laws and best practices in human resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in technical recruitment is a plus
