Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an HR Recruiter, located in Surat. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including identifying business hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes. The role involves collaborating with department managers to define job requirements, posting job openings, and maintaining candidate databases. Additionally, the HR Recruiter will assist in employer branding initiatives and work towards building a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent sourcing methods, candidate screening, and full-cycle recruitment
- Strong communication skills for conducting interviews and candidate engagement
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
- Understanding of employment laws, hiring practices, and recruitment trends
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in recruitment, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
