Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Indore for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding talent. They will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, coordinate with team leads, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. The role will also involve maintaining accurate employment records and assisting in HR strategies related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and internal teams
- Experience in creating and posting job descriptions across platforms
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and onboarding processes
- Detail-oriented with expertise in documentation and record keeping
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills for talent acquisition challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities efficiently
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, HR software, and applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous HR or recruiting experience is a plus
