Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the hiring process of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and share offer letters with candidates.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Coordinate walk-in interviews and recruitment drives when required.
- Handle both online and offline interview processes.
- Support hiring decisions with logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Required Skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates with more than 1 year of recruitment experience can apply.
