We are a Dubai-based HR consultancy (Alwan Manpower Services LLC) with operations in Bangalore, specializing in connecting exceptional talent with leading organizations across multiple industries.
💼 Experience: 1–2 years in recruitment or Human resources
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
What You'll Do:
✅ Source and screen candidates across various job portals and social platforms
✅ Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
✅ Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
✅ Work closely with clients to understand hiring requirements
✅ Achieve recruitment targets while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR consultancy preferred
✔ Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
