Role Description
We are seeking a full-time HR Recruiter for our Noida-based office. As an HR Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending job offers. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, post job openings, and utilize various channels to attract top talent. Additionally, you will maintain and update recruitment records, build a pipeline of qualified candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process. This is an on-site position.
Salary
Rs.20,000 -25,000 /per Month
6 Working days (Every Month 3rd Saturday holiday)
Qualifications
- Fresher to 2 years' Experience
- Strong skills in Job Description Development and Recruiting
- Proven ability in Hiring and Interviewing
- Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a structured, on-site environment
- Experience in HR or Recruitment-related roles; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
