Role Description
This full-time, on-site HR Recruiter & Admin role is based in Mandideep. The HR Recruiter & Admin will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, screening, and hiring. Additional responsibilities include overseeing HR administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding. The role also involves managing day-to-day office operations, organizing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications
- HR and Recruitment expertise, including talent sourcing, screening, and hiring
- Strong administrative skills, such as managing records, coordinating procedures, and ensuring organizational compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR tools and software is preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
